You may return your product and packaging within 90 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for items received defective upon arrival. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
Requests within country of purchase.
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or REFUND including any return shipping costs within the first 90 days of purchase. After 90 days the customer will be eligible for a REPLACEMENT only.
Limited Product Warranty
1-Year Warranty for Quality-Related Issues.
OAD Pro warrants to the original purchaser that your OAD Pro-branded device and OAD Pro-branded device accessories (collectively, the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. We will provide you with unlimited and caring phone support no matter where you bought the unit. However, we only have records on units which were bought directly with us.
If such a defect arises and a replacement authorization request is received by OAD Pro within the applicable Warranty Period, OAD Pro will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, replace the product parts at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Product Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by OAD Pro itself or through its authorized re-seller or agent and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
